Terms and Conditions

• Payment Due: Within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.  Please note that delay in payment will delay our ability to process your application(s) timeously.
• Accepted Methods: EFT unless another method has been agreed to.
• Late Payments: Please ensure all invoices are paid timeously unless otherwise arranged. All certificates will only be issued if payment has been made.
• Performance: Child Protection Screening undertakes to do its best to supply services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes, but also subject to the service performance of the government departments who produce the ultimate certificates. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Child Protection Screening cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
• Governing Law: This invoice and related agreements are governed by the laws of South Africa, with jurisdiction in the courts of the Western Cape.
